Jack & Pin

This Jack & Pin set is the threaded terminal variant of SISE's EV charging contact family. The photographed parts are threaded precision connector terminal pins with gold-plated contact tips and mounting hex nuts, so the contact can be torqued firmly into a charging connector housing or panel. Each terminal is machined from brass or T2 copper with silver plating and cut to the required pin diameter. As a member of the PIN Type / Precision Pin Jacks category, it is turned and finished alongside the other jack products in this family.

Specifications

Pin jacks are offered at 1.58mm; 2.8mm; 3.6mm and at 3mm; 6mm. Standard finish is silver plating over brass or T2 copper, and the photographed terminals show gold-plated contact tips at the end of the threaded body, so the mating face is visually distinct from the mounting thread. Plating, materials, and individual current levels are all customizable per customer requirements.

Applications

SISE supplies these jack and pin terminals for Electric Vehicles charging connectors, where the threaded body and hex-nut mounting hold the contact securely in the assembly. The family also offers a full set of industry-use connector jacks in sizes 1.5/3/5.7/6/8/9.07/10/12/14/15/16/18/20/22mm -28mm and springs for shielding in specifications 35mm2, 50mm2, 75mm2, 90mm2 and others for fast interface shielding.
